  • At Nexera, we respect and protect the privacy of visitors to our website (the “Website”), www.nexera.id, and our customers who use our product, analytics tools and services offered on the Website (the “Service”). Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) was created to inform customers and website visitors what personal information we collect, when we collect it, why we collect it and how it is used. Our application log files are subject to the same strict data security policies and procedures as the application databases for our Service.

  • Nexera Compliance Hub Platform and NexeraID SSID
  • We develop and own a platform, which includes software and/or services that enables our customers to simplify their compliance processes and seamlessly embed composable compliance workflows (such as customer onboarding, ID verification, sanctions screening, wallet screening, transaction monitoring, IP scoring, etc.).
  • Users of the Service may submit personal information to us. This information may include a person’s names, nationality, email addresses, addresses, gender or age, cryptocurrency addresses, usernames and/ or passwords. We associate this information for each individual end-user to gain a holistic risk assessment and centralized alerting.
  • We use this information to determine the level of risk of that person being involved with crime or their commission or alleged commission of any offence.
  • We inform our users of this risk level. Users can then deal with that person as they wish, having regard to that person’s risk level.
  • If it is determined that a person’s risk level is high, that person may be denied access to certain services. In extreme cases, information relating to that person may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies or other agencies which seek to prevent or implement anti-money laundering measures.
  • How may information be used?
  • Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We may use your personal information:
